If compensation is the pro, everything else, and I mean everything else, is a con. This is a very small "consulting" company that poaches most of its staff from Big 4 and the likes. They'll get you by sympathizing on past experiences in big consulting, and reel you in with a competitive pay, but be warned, this is a black hole. You will not further your career and you will not have any security in your job. These people will keep you around to maintain their headcount and toss you as soon as there's "no need" for you. There is absolutely no transparency and a serious lack of communication both top down and across the top. To top it off, not only is management bad at managing, they're just rather scummy people.
