      Very open team to talk and grow professionally and personally, which is what hook me. Their management and training program is so innovative and structured, I love their team activities.

      Sometimes scheduling but just in the entry-level, after leadership is very straight forward.

      Pros

      Excellent leadership development, very professional, and the atmosphere of the team and the office are not something you find everyday. It's like being with a second family!

      Cons

      There are not really any downsides to this company unless you have a poor work ethic.

      The people are encouraging, the clients are cool and unheard of. The pay is good. And you learn a ton about managing and marketing. Travel opportunities. Keeps you busy. The growth structure is what got me.

      Sometimes there’s a lot of hours into it.
