Pros

snacks in the office sometimes will get to work with and meet great people

Cons

a company that's mainly focused on hiring "cool people" only. if you wear Louis Vuitton head to toe, or Gucci everyday, or Supreme, congrats you'll most likely get the job. CEO of the company is a spiritual wannabe and cultural appropriator. Quotes Osho (cult leader of Rajneeshis that went to jail) all the time. There's no room for growth. Very clique-y, will only bring certain creatives on certain projects. There's no work/life balance, they expect you to answer slacks even if you're in another country. A company that truly favors white people but somehow prides themselves on diverse employees. The entire board is white men + women, with few people of color in junior positions, not even manager positions. pretty toxic work environment.

Pros

- Catered lunch every Friday - Good office snacks and coffee - Casual office

Cons

- Lack of communication and structure--had difficulties with pay rate, getting paid in a timely manner, submitting PTO, etc. Would be told one thing by HR and then the opposite would happen...not a fun thing when the money you've worked for is in question. Also no onboarding, no off-boarding, no exit interview--even knew someone working who wasn't even given a contract. - Overly concerned with being "cool" and "hype" (and the resource allocation reflects it...to the detriment of every other employee at the agency if you're not on those certain projects - High employee turnover (people leaving because they couldn't "take it anymore"--never a good sign). Also exhibited a pattern of quick to hire, quick to fire. A high percentage of the full-time employees are actually contractors. - No work-life balance and no overtime pay--you're pretty much expected to work overtime and be available 24/7. In high-stress situations, there's a pattern of finger-pointing and blame-shifting.
