Pros
- Creative freedom to take lead on projects that you are confident in or want to take on yourself to grow - Inclusive environment - There are always opportunities to learn more about our product, other departments, or just the industry in general - THE PEOPLE. Seriously some of the best coworkers and I think this is due to the fact that the interview process is a little longer than other companies
Cons
- With working from home sometimes you can feel like you are on your own. This is partially due to the fact that some managers are more hands off and trust you to get done what you need to get done and not micro-manage you, but sometimes it can feel like you are on your own for days on end
