Great location and fun place to work

Company performance poor and not that interesting

Light workload if you choose to ignore the decaying culture and keep your head down. Tools are supplied if you get approvals, otherwise scavenged. Work van is useful for commute but tracking can be demoralising.

Frequent change in management at all levels. Significant disconnect between local and corporate management. Inexperienced management. Morally corrupt management. Management withholding training, qualifications and pay rises from staff including those offered in writing. H&S issues addressed on a cost first basis, equipment will not be issued if too expensive.
