Plenty of room for growth and advancement at the lower levels assuming one is motivated, dependable, and competent. The effort typically does not go unnoticed, but this may be dependent upon department. Pay is on-par, if not slightly higher than similar companies in the area. Schedule is extremely flexible - typically have no issues with adjusting schedule to accommodate appointments, education or other personal matters. Ability to work from home is a huge plus. Generous retirement savings (max 5% contribution match and additional yearly 4% contribution based upon previous year salary).
