      Some of the leadership was exceptional. The work was interesting. The benefits used to be good.

      Cons

      They over complicate some processes adding redundant work. Turn over was high.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
