      Good work hours, ability to move upward, flexibility of work schedule. Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to other defense contractors in the area, high turnover rate in some sectors, layoffs common. So many people have been laid off in 2024, not sure if they are hiring

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
