Pros
The mentors and coworkers that I had were absolutely amazing. They were always there to help and give advice. My direct manager was great too. 9/80 and 4/10 schedules were great.
Cons
Diversity? Textron has never heard of it. Out of the entire floor of about 200 engineers, I was one of 5 female workers I knew. Out of ALL the engineers on the floor, I was 1 out of 10 minority workers. Needless to say, I felt very estranged and I was seated in an office space that consisted of a group of men who would not stop talking about their political beliefs and how the vaccinations were a hoax and complaining that Textron's policies were becoming too liberal. There was minimal training for new employees-- we were thrown into work without the proper instructions and tools.
