Pros
Super technology offerings , great benefits and an amazing group of colleagues to work with. The culture is a huge bonus. I can honestly say that I LOVE MY JOB! People that I work with are super competent and will not leave you hanging. I can count on the tech support and professional development team to get the job done so I can focus on other customer priorities. I get to help educational institutions acquire tools for their students that are life changing. Not too many people can say that about their jobs. I am very happy here, a great place to work!
Cons
Lack of profit sharing/retirement contribution by the company. There is occasionally a disconnect between the US and UK as to how/what/volume /associated caveats of NA business that are different than rest of world. Better communication would eliminate some of the growing pains.
