Great clients, good co-workers. A valuable tool for communication and marketing for small business that is affordable. Ability to work from home.
Cons
Does not pay competitive wages due to high debt ratio to owners. Wages cut dramatically after restructure and huge increase in workload. Client retention is poor, and limited marketing investment.
