great benefits and work from home

Cons

micromanagement, low pay, no time off, hard to move up in the company. There are nice people at the company who seem to be happy in other departments but if you are fortunate to work in operations you will be miserable from dpa up. It appears a lot of minorities have been fired so if you are minority be careful. I have friends still left at the company and they tell me the ceo is trying to make things better and that is great but start with your upper management and listen to the people.
