      They work with your schedule.

      Cons

      The management was the worst. There was no structure what so ever. The senior therapist bring their kids to work and they are so unprofessional. They offer no benefits. Even with a college degree you do not get paid enough.

      Pros

      While working at TYAP, it gave me a great opportunity to experience working with Neurodivergent kids.

      The pay for a Bachelor's degree is low here compared to other locations
