Pros

Great Company that listens to their employees needs

Cons

This is an hourly job for non-management, so you have to work 9 hours a day to complete 40 hours if you take an hour lunch. You must live in Austin to work for Corporate.

Pros

Good benefits, moderate pay unless leadership

Cons

Aside from all the 5 yr goals and training he and leadership seminars, there are apparently no decent management candidates that work here, so when a leadership role DOES become available, they prefer to hire people from outside the company with NO WORK COMP EXPERIENCE. The only real route for advancement here is to either be attractive and don’t work for the company, or be married to someone that’s already in a management role.
