Employment review - Caller Texas Litigation Services Employee Review

The owner is a nice man, who works at the company, but he doesn't 'hover' over the employees. He's very easy going and the atmosphere is casual.

It's still working at a desk, on computers... that's the reason I didn't give 5 stars, because it's still a desk job.

Atmosphere was very casual. You weren't expected to clock in exactly at your scheduled time as long as it was within 5 or 10 minutes and you made sure to give a full eight hours. Dress code was simply clean and respectful of those around you.

Jobs were compartmentalized by senior staff such that there was no cross training. Also, due to the company's varying in amount of staff, favoritism popped in quite often.
