My experience working here was rewarding This is a dynamic independent agency that is growing fast. As the agency grows there is an excellent opportunity to advance within the company. The comprehensive benefits are excellent and just as good as any Fortune 500 company. I really like that the agency has a culture of giving back to the community such as Houston food babk. The pay is very competitive and there are many opportunities for bonuses. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 years of employment and would highly recommend this agency for employment opportunities

Management is awful. Work expectations go up, without pay increase. High stress. Constant turnover.
