Pros
Great peers and leaders to learn and grow from and with. The company has been around for over 20 years so is a stable entity, but still captures the startup energy of rapidly operationalizing new ideas and bucking convention for convention's sake. Leadership is reasonably accessible and receptive to feedback.
Cons
Good pay and benefits, but slightly behind the larger industry by my estimation. That same startup feel means that sometimes positive obligatory practices are skipped.
