Pros
The best reason to work at Teva is for the awesome benefits. Teva covers the majority of my medical expenses and offers an awesome retirement package.
Cons
Not much effort is placed on employee development. This is seen as a con because your review will then be based on how well you develop. It isn't fair if they don't give you the necessary tools to develop into a stellar employee.
