Pros
Teva gives advancement opportunities to individuals who have shown they have a good work ethic, positive attitude and proved they are capable of achieving higher levels. You can get a very decent position/salary before you have a college degree, compared to other companies.
Cons
In some cases you can work yourself into a position that you can’t get out of. In other words you may only be qualified as an entry level position in a certain department but you are already much higher paid in your current department. Manufacturing/Plant management is a mess. Rush Rush Rush, nevermind were not ready for that yet... There are a lot of groups trying to achieve goals using the same resources.
