The people you work with are supportive and want to see you succeed. They will pay for overtime and you rarely work more than 40 hours.
Cons
Tetra Tech has a very confusing benefits system that is designed to make their employees not fully utilize them. They offer poor family leave and upper management do not seem to view their employees as people, simply as profit margins.
