Pros
Overall working here has been a pleasant experience. The workload is hefty, you stay fairly busy, and it is fast paced. I receive satisfaction from completing a project and the client is satisfied. Even though it is a big company, you still feel as though you play your integral part. Inter-office Management and lower level management seems well organized. Safety is taken seriously.
Cons
Upper level management makes it seem that chasing dollars is number one and helping the environment is second, but that is understandable with it being a large corporation. The vacation/sick/holiday combined bank is a little stingy and the retirement vesting period is also slightly stingy
