      Great community Caring, engaged, professional staff Amazing location Working for a mission, not for a profit

      Cons

      Working at a non-profit can mean you wear many hats (i.e. your job, plus helping to maintain the facilities) It's tough to find housing in Jackson...but TSS has some employee housing available
