My major reason to join Lambdatest is to upskill myself and within only few months, i can see a lot of improvement in myself in terms of Learning. I get to learn lot of new stuffs on a daily basis. On the contrary to many big MNC's , the leadership is accessible very easily and can discuss anything with them.
Cons
Since the company is in a growing phase, sometime work management can become a bit tricky. Prioritizing work can become a key thing here. Also we can streamline the process as we grow as a company.
