Pros
Majority of the coworkers are great people. As with anything, a few bad apples exist.
Cons
Definitely not the best of the best. Great people but average at best talent. Surprisingly tardy (or ever) in firing people, even though those that work closely with them (most, if not all) thought that they should be let go.
