Pros

This was once the greatest place to work in every imaginable way. Ownership/leadership lived the Terryberry values and made everyone feel genuinely valued.

Cons

Sadly, most pros of working for this organization are behind them. Ever since the PE firm took over, the awesome culture is gone and people became disposable at every level (not just the lower performers). It felt as if the remaining Terryberry leadership was afraid to stand up for what was right for their people or had enough equity at risk to keep them in line. Sales comp plan was raided - moving targets and comp plan edits any time someone hit bonus, unkept promises by the PE firm about how they would replace the comp they took away, comp-plan verbiage that meant sales had to fight for fair commissions on deals they won (particularly the big ones), overworked and underpaid sales support systems, zero effort made towards retention.

Pros

New leadership is now much more involved in our day to day activities. Moral is up and there is accountability up and down the organization. The product teams have created a first class product and now we are just focused on getting the word out. People are being recognized and rewarded in various meaningful ways for their hard work. The future is bright.

Work from home & an office. Loved the work environment!

Cons

Once they got salesforce they started to get to numbers focused and lost site.
