Easy going, laid back, helpful & friendly environment, good number of sick days, excellent benefits, free parking, 10 days off during Christmas and New years apart from 3 weeks of paid vacation, excellent HR & safety policies.
Cons
Low pay, Unsecured employment ( Frequent Lay-offs), No team building activities, no growth after a certain point, Low-Moral in the office, no communication between teams.
