This company has a lot of great ideas, and continues to get closer with strategy iterations over time, but is not yet locked in on the right path to solve it all. Change happens often- for some this could be a pro, but for those that don't like change, they should be aware. The company continues to iterate in order to find the best path to success, and that can mean that the bar for success for roles can change too. If you are looking to lock into a role where you can show up every day for the next 10 years and do the exact same thing without change, this is very likely not the right team for you.
