Pros
Friendly office and field staff
Cons
Affirmative action employee central, which leads to incompetent management and leadership. This company takes advantage of recent graduates who do not know any better about how much they should be getting paid and how many hours of work they'll be compensated for. Overtime for salary employees does not start until over 44hrs and at just your hourly rate, not time and a half like most decent companies. Much of the upper management is corrupt and tries manipulation tactics to make you work more for the same pay. And then they'll tell you not to charge your time to the project you're on and make you think you won't get paid regardless that you're a salaried employee. They will promote you and not pay you a dollar more and expect you to continue doing your old job tasks too. Not to mention extremely hazardous work conditions night/day along major highways without adequate protection from oncoming traffic. Avoid this company.
