Decent pay relative to comparables. Good foot-in-the door opportunity for those with little experience. Team members and managers are incredible and manage to keep morale high. Plenty of hours available for workers on contract.

Constant pivoting. Inexperienced and unprofessional behavior amongst current leadership. Expectation to employees to work tremendously long hours with no notice or additional pay. High stress environment.
