      Pros

      A friendly team of influential industry experts. I've grown both in the field and the company itself, and there's lots of room for self-development. Definitely recommend.

      Cons

      The majority of employees work remotely from all over the globe, so the standard working hours do not apply at TQ. E.g. If a client/colleague is based in the states you need to be up early morning/late evening.

      Time zones were tricky to manage, as the company was still expanding globally at the time.

      You can work with bright minds and tackle very complex problems

      Cons

      The CEO is neither providing clear product guidance nor empowering the related C-level (CPO) to provide it. This has caused a huge political friction and multiple changes in the product strategy. Additionally, the executive level is not transparent regarding the company's status.
