Pros

- Most of the consultants are lovely people - Moving to the new Sydney office was a massive improvement on the previous office - Some training opportunities available

Cons

- This organisation is very Melbourne-centric and there are very limited opportunities to be assigned on different clients and projects in Sydney as they do not have much of a presence in NSW. This often leads to Sydney based consultants either being stuck at one particular client or project or extended time on the bench. - Senior management comes across as clueless and are not transparent with consultants. They seem more happy to have consultants stuck with one client on an permanent ongoing engagement rather than work with the consultant to find new opportunities and bring on new clients for more interesting engagements. - Feedback and support from senior management is non-existent. Consultants are made to fear for their employment status once a client engagement finishes and you are on the bench. Staff turnover is huge as a result. - Growth and career opportunities are very limited. Salary isn't competitive.
