When Tredegar Corporation purchased us back in 2012, we worked through a lot of growing pains and knew that improvements needed to be made to keep our team feeling happy and valued. In 2016, our structure changed to give more independence to the Business Unit, meaning we're now back to operating from a local level. Operators' pay has increased significantly over the past few years, and we offer a competitive total rewards package. Since our updated structure has been implemented, we've also been recognized as a "Best Company to Work for in NYS" in 2018 and 2019 and a “Great Place to Work” in our Brazil Facility in 2018.
