Nice team, Disorganized Company - Customer Experience Representative Terminix Employee Review

Almost all customer service needs waited on management approval or the response of others. Responses were scarce and left customers upset, ultimately being taken out on the representatives. Seemed as though because of this, the management team did not get the opportunity to manage, but rather spent majority of their time cleaning up trivial situations.
