Pros
I enjoyed my job earlier in my career at Terminix. Compensation was good. Helping people get better was what i was all about. Corporate had a defined vision that was easy to communicate to my team members. That all changed over the past 3 years.
Cons
No regard for work and personal life balance. Moral is so low and they wonder why they have an ongoing issue of union penetration. Our field personnel do not get the support from management that they require and deserve.
