Horrible upper management - Operations Terminal Operations Management Employee Review

Laid back atmosphere, great managers

Long commute for me. Had to work holidays. 24/7 employer.

Stability, always get 40+ hours a week, job/industry will always be there.

Poor upper management. They will wait years to give you a review, and only if you ask for one. They don't listen or take suggestions/feedback from employees. Constantly cutting budgets, moving employee positions to reduce employees' wages.
