The company is growing and sales are increasing. Leader in the industry, is in middle of transition with French company who purchased them over next couple years, and they are a tier 1 in automotive industry. Company’s has wellness center that includes onsite gym with trainer and workout classes, and physician and certified nurse practitioner available 3 days a week. Open door policy with top level management.
Cons
Not really a cross functional working environment, some departments feel they are better than everything else which causes in-fighting, inability for depts to work together as teams and finger pointing. Although growth is there production has issues keeping up with ever growing demand causing things to be overlooked to meet production KPIs. Very poor work and personal life balance.
