Termax was recently purchased by a French company that will take full management control in 3 years. If you can hang on for three years things will improve.

Upper management promotes an extremely negative management style that encourages a level of bullying, harassment and nepotism that is hard to believe. Sub-standard safety culture sacrifices employee safety for cost cutting. Unsafe equipment with poor ergonomics puts employees at risk. Management ignores data driven approach to projects in favor of a "lets try it and see how it works" mentality. Employees constantly monitored by extensive camera system in the office and production areas. Keypad locks installed on bathrooms to prevent production workers from using "management only" bathroom.
