Pros
Opportunities to learn different technology stacks. Projects are generally short lived and each client project will use a different technology stack including Python, Node, React, Java. Remote first company. I did see a number of promotions, so they do promote from within.
Cons
You can potentially be sitting on your hands for the first few weeks to months when first joining waiting for a project. The onboarding process of each project can be a bit fatiguing. Projects with a longer duration might help here. I think the timelines for projects can be a bit ambitious in an attempt to win over a potential client. This can put stress on the developers.
