      I’ve been at Terakeet through a period of meaningful transition, and the changes in leadership over the past couple of years have been genuinely encouraging. The company is now led by an all-women executive team, which is both impressive and impactful. The leadership group has brought a thoughtful, collaborative approach to decision-making and has been intentional about improving transparency, communication, and culture. There’s a noticeable effort to listen to employees, invest in people development, and create a more inclusive and supportive environment. The company has also continued to strengthen its benefits package, which is one of the real highlights of working here. Health benefits, flexibility, and other employee-focused policies are strong and demonstrate that leadership cares about employee wellbeing.

      Cons

      Compensation can sometimes lag behind market rates for similar roles in the industry.       Amazing benefits, great coworkers, flexibility and work/life balance

      Cons

      Nothing for myself personally – it is fast paced, changes often internally with org structures and processes; you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable.

      Pros

      Great environment, collaborative, great benefits, 401k with match and a roth option, interesting work, incredible teammates, transparent communication, people give credit where credit is due, and mostly genuine individuals in leadership. We are given access to a lot of tools to support our work. If you enjoy the chance to use AI, this is a good opp for you. All in all, not sure what more a reasonable adult could want out of an employer.

      Cons

      Nothing all that specific to Terakeet. Comp could be better. You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
