Pros
The employees are very friendly. They are very involved in community work. I've advanced twice in a 4 year time span, and I was sought up for both advancement opportunities. Word of mouth spreads quickly if you do good work.
Cons
The salaries are a bit disappointing. It seems that they have policies on what % increase they'll allow with each move up. However, I know that this policy isn't standard for everybody. HR will compare their salaries to the market standard and give themselves necessary increases to match that standard, however, they do not do that for any other departments.
