7yI’m sorry your experience with Teradata has been particularly negative. Sales environments are competitive by nature, ours is no different. With our new direction as a company, we’re reimagining how we sell to and support our customers. Compensation plans were designed in a way that one account could retire full quota, and AE’s have close to 10 accounts each. That being said, over 50% of our Commercial Team met or exceeded their plans last year!
There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement at Teradata, and we’re working to better promote them. Our Commercial sales teams have a portfolio of like-customers in like-industries enabling an AE to gain depth in the business needs of our customers.
