      Good work life balance. Has regional / global professional support and consultancy in case lack of local resources. Encourage knowledge development and training

      Cons

      Rigid technology. A bit late in adoption of cloud and big data tech. Sales driven with little engineering background and has no bargain against client. Consultant repeating the same old work to entertain client
