Pros
Worked with some very smart and talented people, the company finally got rid of many of the clueless and deficient executives shortly before I resigned and started to build a cohesive strategy
Cons
Had 7 bosses in three years, promised tuition reimbursement then the company backed out after I was an employee, had my base and variable pay dropped by 25% “accidentally”, took 3 months to correct that error and they never back paid me on the lost pay.
