Pros
Work life balance, competitive salary, perfect company for people who don't have an ambition, this field demands for at least 20 characters and I can't anymore think of any pros because this company sucks
Cons
Work is not challenging - a high school student/an intern can do it (work given is an insult to employees' intelligence/capabilities/college degree), environment is not competitive, your opinions don't matter to both mid and upper level management (they place you in any project they want and it's not like you have a choice; they would ask for your opinion/decision, but would not consider), bad leadership
