Team lead is deffinitely biggest con that could be.This person has mostly worked on old technologies and isn't willing to integrate new technologies or practices in dev process that leads to chaoa.Lots of talanted developers have already left company for this reason.He also doesn't has ability of teamworking and ignores all initiatives that comes from the rest of the team.
