Pros
I have worked for a total of 5 solar companies now. Tephra Solar is by far the most exciting and honest one I have had the opportunity to work with. I love it for all the opportunities to grow but also because the CEO isn't trying to figure out who we don't have to pay this week. It's always how do we get more money into the pockets of our sales reps.
Cons
Because it's so fast paced, sometimes I do get a little overwhelmed and wish we had another set of hands or two.
