Nice place to work with good work life balance

Pay is less but benefits are good

(Teoresi Inc) A decent Health insurance plan, which anyway goes up every single year eating up your small salary, and good coworkers - which is not a company value.

No bonus, barely no extra time paid, minimum 401k matching, no adequate salary compared to other companies (just cut in half what you see suggested here on Glassdoor) and very slow growth that after 5y does not even reach the entry level of other decent companies - plus kind of individual-based and immigration-based adjusted salary, no career improvements and very few job diversification opportunities, super slow response to anything concerning immigration matters, business manager assistance limited to "we survived, you can survive as well" hence no attempts to bring improvements.
