My experience at Tenth Revolution Group, previously Frank Recruitment Group was extremely negative due to the toxic work environment. The daily micromanagement was excessive, with employees being required to check in and out even for bathroom breaks. Management fostered a culture where employees were encouraged to report on each other for not working, and this behavior was incentivized with points. The company had a reputation for low salaries, long hours, and unrealistic KPIs, which contributed to its high (100%) turnover rate. The environment was so detrimental that the company had to rebrand from Frank Recruitment Group to its current name. Additionally, the leadership was unstable, with both the Country Manager and the APAC Manager being fired. Overall, this company has a very bad market reputation and I would not recommend it.
