Different work environment. Some good quality people work here. Team lunch once a month.
Cons
Management has major lack of communication, concern for physical well being of production staff, lacking pay for people who add value, sales gets to double dip with a decent salary, commissions, and also bonuses. Hard work usually goes unnoticed. Zero opportunity for growth if in production.
