Pros
Some nice people in NY. Good sales people (although less than i past) as emphasis is not on sales- which is crazy.
Cons
Not customer-centric. Too many policies and processes forced on US by UK HQ. this industry. Without 2017 major single customer add, may have failed . Substantially reduced US $ sales due to not being customer oriented. Went from #1 to likely # 3 in the industry in US. UK HQ has virtually no competition but competition in US is SIGNIFICANT. Very sad negative progression/degression. Electronic products don't work and sales force is lied to about the failures. The competition knows of these failures and takes advantage of them.
